amazing stay!

lovely room comfy bed clean bathroom
The room was lovely, spacious and quiet. beds were comfy and the pillows are amazing. the bathroom was a good size. Both were very clean. the views were awesome!

hidden cost small window
The breakfast selection was good. I didn't have any complaints there.
I found the parking situation frustrating. I didn't see any mention of a £7 daily parking fee when i booked and it reminded me of a hidden cost. the room i booked was supposed to have a river view. Instead, i mostly saw a car park. also, the small window made it even more disappointing.

The staff was efficient. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was superb. I found a great variety of options.
The bedroom was basic. The flashing red LEDs from the bedroom smoke alarm were visible with my eyes shut. It kept me awake. The hotel did not meet the standard I expected.

i noticed no skimmed milk was available in the container during breakfast.

spacious room comfy bed missing soap no condiments
My room was clean, tidy and spacious. Breakfast proved to be a bonus. I found the bed very comfy.
I noticed a small attention to detail was lacking. There was no soap in dispensers in the bathroom near the lounge area. I also found no salt and pepper on the table.
